Refund Policy

Returns/Cancellations

Welcome to Mice Emporio!

Our policy of canceling our service should be 2-3 days prior the event day. If event booking day has passed, then there is no cancellation and refund criteria for that.

To be eligible for cancellation/refund, you must inform us 2-3 days prior the event day.

Refunds

Once your cancellation request is received, we will send you an email to notify you regarding your cancellation and refund status. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Charge

Cancellation charge is levied upto 40% if the booking is canceled before 3 days of the booking date. (For ex- If the event is on 10th June and the booking person cancels the event on 6th june, 40% cancellation fee will be charged).

Cancellation charge is levied upto 100% if the booking is canceled within 3 days of the event date. (For ex- If the event is on 10th June and the booking person cancels the event on 8th June, 100% cancellation fee will be charged.)

Cancellation charge will not be applicable if the booking person cancels the event before 15 days of the event date.
